For clients using document automation, we process business documents including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and spreadsheets. All document processing occurs on local infrastructure. We extract structured data fields for the sole purpose of producing client deliverables.
For clients using inventory vision, we process photographs of inventory storage areas. Images are analyzed on local infrastructure to identify and count items. Processed counts and reorder signals are the outputs; raw images are retained per client-defined retention policies.
We use collected information to: provide, operate, and improve our services; respond to inquiries and communicate with you; generate operational reports, alerts, and automation outputs as contracted; comply with legal obligations; and protect the security of our systems and clients.
Our core differentiator is local processing. Client operational data — audio, documents, images, and derived outputs — is processed on infrastructure deployed within the client's premises or on dedicated edge hardware controlled by the client.
