How Texas AI Automation collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

Texas AI Automation ("we," "us," "our") operates the website texaskrysal.com and provides AI-powered automation services including conversation intelligence, document processing, and inventory vision solutions. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit duration. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, company name, industry, and message content.

1.2 Service Clients — Conversation Intelligence

For clients using our conversation monitoring services, we process audio captured at designated business locations (counters, drive-thrus, phone lines). This audio is transcribed and analyzed on local infrastructure within the client's network. Depending on client configuration, we may retain raw audio, transcripts only, or event summaries only. Clients control retention windows.

1.3 Service Clients — Document Processing

For clients using document automation, we process business documents including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and spreadsheets. All document processing occurs on local infrastructure. We extract structured data fields for the sole purpose of producing client deliverables.

1.4 Service Clients — Inventory Vision

For clients using inventory vision, we process photographs of inventory storage areas. Images are analyzed on local infrastructure to identify and count items. Processed counts and reorder signals are the outputs; raw images are retained per client-defined retention policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: provide, operate, and improve our services; respond to inquiries and communicate with you; generate operational reports, alerts, and automation outputs as contracted; comply with legal obligations; and protect the security of our systems and clients.

3. Data Processing Location

Our core differentiator is local processing. Client operational data — audio, documents, images, and derived outputs — is processed on infrastructure deployed within the client's premises or on dedicated edge hardware controlled by the client. This data does not transit public cloud environments or third-party API endpoints. Website contact form submissions are processed by our form service provider and stored in our business systems.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share client operational data with third parties. We do not use client data to train external AI models. We may share information only: with service providers who assist us in operating our website (form processing, analytics); when required by law, regulation, or legal process; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Texas AI Automation, our clients, or others.

5. Data Retention

Website contact form data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. Client operational data retention is configured by each client. We provide configurable retention windows with automatic purge schedules. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.

6. Audio Monitoring Disclosures

Our conversation intelligence services involve audio capture in business environments. We require clients to: post visible signage at all monitored locations informing employees and visitors that audio monitoring is in use; obtain employee consent through onboarding acknowledgements; comply with applicable state and federal recording laws. We analyze conversations for operational events (product requests, complaints, equipment issues, security incidents). We do not create biometric identity profiles or voiceprints from captured audio.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information under our control, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. For details on our security practices, see our Security page.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise any data rights, contact us at admin@texaskrysal.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
